Q: What are the advantages of eLearning over tradition on-site Professional Development training?
A:  There are many advantages of the MindCross Professional Development training program. These include cost savings, time flexibility, and ease of administration.

Q. What type of monitoring does the training system provide?
A: Administrators have access to real-time reports that show who has taken each course, how long they spent taking the courses, test scores, and how they evaluated the experience. Our courses will enable your district to meet its obligation in upcoming Quality Services Assurance Continuum (QSAC) monitoring.

Q: How long will it take to get the training system set up for my school?
A: Your school or district can be set up within two business days. We will contact you with instructions once we have begun the process.

Q: How do we get the staff enrolled -- is there a way to upload students to the system?
A: Staff members will self-enroll themselves based on your school assigned registration code. The process takes only a few minutes.

Q: How will I know if the course was successfully completed?
A:  All participants must complete a post-course exam before they can receive their certificates of course completion. Administrators will be able to view the completion of courses in the reporting system.

Q: Is the system only available at certain times?
A: Courses are available 24 hours a day from any computer with Internet access. Staff can work at their own pace over several prep periods or, optionally, take the courses at home.

Q: Do staff receive in-service credits for these courses?
A: Teachers receive Professional Development hours for each course taken.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Volume discounts are offered based on the number of enrollees. A calculator for computing the cost for your school or district is available.
