In the course of helping clients develop their eLearning sites and course content MindCross has developed the skills and experience required to create interesting, interactive websites and pages using popular tools such as, Macromedia DreamWeaver, Flash, JavaScript, and more. From small, startup sites that help establish new companies on the web to larger web-based training sites and “corporate universities”, MindCross applies the same focused, rapid development methodology used in training development to create powerful dynamic web pages quickly and cost effectively.

In many cases, an organization has the talent available in-house to deliver the required training. However, too often, these individuals don't get the tools and the time they need to deliver a quality training experience. Courses are created too quickly and the instructors are given too little time to prepare. Consequently, the quality of the in-house training suffers.

MindCross offers a Train-the-trainer program to get client's in-house staff ready to present. The instructors at MindCross have an average of 15+ year's standup training experience. Presenting a training course or seminar is not an easy task if you've not done it before. MindCross can help create and effective Instructors Training Kit that each instructor will use for the course. Then, using the materials they will ultimately teach from, the instructors can be coached through a series of video-taped presentations. The end result is a polished, professional delivery presented by individuals that are intimately familiar with the material.

Mentoring is defined as: To serve as a trusted counselor or teacher, especially in occupational settings. Transferring skills from the classroom to the workplace can sometimes be a difficult task. Day-to-day job requirements can interfere with the student's opportunity to practice new skills. To help smooth this transition, MindCross offers a mentoring program. This program combines formal training with “real world” work.

MindCross will work with you prior to the training sessions to determine an appropriate project for the mentoring exercises. Work on the project is then integrated with the formal training process. When students leave the training, they will have learned the skills needed as well as getting a chance to implement them.

MindCross also offers a “virtual mentoring” service after the class. This option allows students to get “just in time” training and experience it in an on demand environment.

Another type of training is and . These shortened versions of instructor-led training classes are typically held during conferences and special one-time only training weeks. This instructor-led training class is typically 1-3 hours in duration and can be extremely valuable since they give a select audience very targeted information.
