Training is what MindCross does. And, because we know that training is not a "one size fits all" service, we will work with you to determine the best training approach for your organization. Here are some ideas of "other services" we can offer:

• Train-the-trainer programs: This program can help get your in-house staff ready to present. The instructors at MindCross have an average of 15+ year's classroom delivery experience. Presenting a training course or seminar is not an easy task if you've not done it before. MindCross can help create and effective Instructors Training Kit that each instructor will use for the course. Then, using the materials they will ultimately teach from, the instructors can be coached through a series of video-taped presentations. The end result is a polished, professional delivery presented by individuals that are intimately familiar with the material. MindCross can provide any or all of the following:
  • Effective instructor notes
  • Trainer kits
  • Presentation skills workshops
  • One-on-one coaching
  • Follow-up assessments

Mentoring: To serve as a trusted counselor or teacher, especially in occupational settings.
Transferring skills from the classroom to the workplace can sometimes be a difficult task. Day-to-day job requirements can interfere with the student's opportunity to practice new skills. To help smooth this transition, MindCross offers a mentoring program. This program combines formal training with “real world” work.

MindCross will work with you prior to the training sessions to determine an appropriate project for the mentoring exercises. Work on the project is then integrated with the formal training process. When students leave the training, they will have learned the skills needed as well as getting a chance to implement them.

MindCross also offers a “virtual mentoring” service after the class. This option allows students to get “just in time” training and experience it in an on demand environment.
