"MindCross Training and Consulting helped us design and develop a short Web-based training course for our Performance Management Process. This initiative was one of the many training requirements for our Human Resources organization. We needed a way to quickly and efficiently deliver information to our managers worldwide on the performance management process, which is required each year. Initially the training was developed using the Macromedia eLearning product Authorware™. When we upgraded the performance management process last year we worked with MindCross again to implement the changes within the training modules. MindCross was able to quickly upgrade the Performance Management Process training, migrate it to a new format, and help us get it in production before the end of the year. The new format allowed MindCross to utilize our existing Power Point slides as a starting point then add audio to produce a Web-based solution with Macromedia Flash™, which is one of our standards at Teleflex."
