"MindCross Training and Consulting worked with us on a multi-phase eLearning project to train our staff of engineers, product managers, designers, users, and suppliers on Metaphase. Metaphase is a web-based Product Data Management (PDM) System which was rolled out to the Teleflex Automotive Group in 2002. Since Metaphase is a enterprise-wide initiative, it was important to us to have a blended training solution comprised of both instructor-led and online courses, as our users for this application are in geographically diverse locations throughout the world. Therefore, we chose MindCross Training to design and develop a number of electronic training modules for Metaphase including: Metaphase Overview and Navigation, Parts, Purchase Request, Purchase Orders, and more. Our next phase will involve upgrading to Team Center, which is the next version of Metaphase, in addition to migrating our current training from Click2Learn to Macromedia products."
