Meet the Partners
The two partners at MindCross Training are Rosanne and Scott Hutton. Together, they have over 40 years training experience.
Rosanne Hutton has over 18 years in adult education and related technologies. Her background includes providing extensive training services on a wide range of topics and products. Using her skills as both a trainer and developer, Rosanne has worked with clients such as e2Value, National Wildlife Federation, and National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) helping them to successfully implement their training solutions. In addition to her extensive hands-on work in both instructor-led and eLearning design, course development, and deployment, Rosanne provides technical expertise, custom solutions, and assistance in such areas as Web development, Flash, Dreamweaver.
Scott Hutton has been involved in the training industry and adult education for over 22 years. Since co-founding MindCross in 2001, Scott has worked with clients such as Teleflex Automotive, the State of Colorado, Software AG, and the Department of Defense helping them develop and deploy effective and customized training solutions. Scott has been involved with every aspect of adult education including performing needs analysis, developing and delivering classes, and helping to create and deploy eLearning initiatives. Prior to forming MindCross, Scott was a Senior Manager at a major independent software vendor where he was responsible for over 20 instructors and course developers generating over $5 million dollars in annual training revenue.
