We are based in beautiful Harpers Ferry, WV; however, we provide services to clients throughout the United States and Europe. Harpers Ferry, located just outside Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. area, is a quaint historical area in the West Virginia's northern pan-handle.
Managing Partners
The two partners at MindCross Training are Rosanne Verteramo and Scott Hutton. Both partners have a long history of providing technical training, course development, consulting services, and conference presentations throughout the world including: Asia, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Scandinavian countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.
has over 17 years in adult education. Her background includes providing extensive training services on a wide range of topics, products and technologies. Using her skills as both a trainer and developer, Rosanne has worked with clients such as Teleflex, National Wildlife Federation, and SCICOM Data Services helping them to successfully implement their training solutions. In addition to her extensive hands-on work in both instructor-led and eLearning design, course development, and deployment, Rosanne provides technical expertise, custom solutions, and assistance in such areas as Flash, Dreamweaver, and Articulate Presenter.
has been involved in the training industry and adult education for over 22 years. Since co-founding MindCross in 2001, Scott has worked with clients such as Teleflex Automotive, the State of Colorado, Software AG, and the City of San Antonio helping them develop and deploy effective and customized training solutions. Scott has been involved with every aspect of adult education including performing needs analysis, developing and delivering classes, and helping to create and deploy eLearning initiatives. Prior to forming MindCross, Scott was a Senior Manager at a major independent software vendor where he was responsible for over 20 instructors and course developers generating over $5 million dollars in annual training revenue.
