Meet the Partners
The two partners at MindCross Training are Rosanne and Scott Hutton.
Rosanne Hutton has over 20 years in adult education and related technologies. Her background includes providing extensive training services on a wide range of topics and products. Using her skills as both a trainer and developer, Rosanne has worked with clients such as National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) and e2Value helping them to successfully implement their training solutions. In addition to her extensive hands-on work in both instructor-led and eLearning design, course development, and deployment, Rosanne provides technical expertise, custom solutions, and assistance in such areas as Web development, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe InDesign.
Scott Hutton has been involved in the training industry and adult education for over 25 years. Since co-founding MindCross in 2001, Scott has worked with clients such as CatManDo Inc., Citizens Insurance, Seashore Family Services, and other organizations to help them define and implement the best solutions for their organization requirements. Scott has been involved with every aspect of adult education including performing needs analysis, developing and delivering classes, and helping to create and deploy eLearning initiatives. Prior to forming MindCross, Scott was a Senior Manager at a major independent software vendor where he was responsible for over 20 instructors and course developers generating over $5 million dollars in annual training revenue.
